| The Crock-Pott Scholarship began in 2001
as a way to give back and encourage young musicians to pursue their
dreams. The music teacher of the Long Branch High School, who knows
the students best, decides the winner. Students must have not only
exceptional talent, but good academic grades and be accepted to
a college. It is not required that they major in music. The 2011
winner is Nick Smentkowski. |
